How long does it take to get my log in credentials once I have paid for my incentives membership?

It generally takes less than 24 hours. 

Is there a monthly fee that I have to pay to maintain the membership?

No. It is a one time fee to gain access to all 3 of the certificates.

Can I share my account with others in my team or with family and friends?

No. This is strictly prohibited.  You are not allowed to give access to your account to anyone.

We track log in and IP address information each time you log into the site. If we find that there is any unauthorized activity, we will immediately close the account and notify you of this action.  There is no re-activation for any user who allows this activity.

Am I able to get a refund if I do not like the certificates?

No. We do not offer any refunds.  The certificate samples are listed and pictured on the website for your review BEFORE you make a purchase. It is very straightforward and simple to use. What you see is what you get. There is nothing hidden. Everything you need is available and we have a customer service rep assigned to your account to help 24/7. 

No refunds are given ever. 

If I have a problem with a certificate, who do I contact? 

Please send an email to TCAIncentives@gmail.com. Depending on the issue you are experiencing, we will route your issue to the correct department. 

Please SAVE THE WELCOME EMAIL that you receive when you make your purchase. It contains vital information regarding your account that may be necessary at some point in the future.
